| LONG TERM CARE REQUIREMENT: Effective January 1, 2010, producers will be required to complete a one-time training equivalent to 8-hour prior to engaging in any long-term care insurance sales activity. Producers who have not completed a total of eight qualifying training credits on or before 12/31/09 will be requires to complete the entire one-time 8-credit training requirement in a classroom setting. Four (4) hours Long-Term Care every compliance following. |
| Carryover Requirements: Credit hours cannot be carried over to the next compliance period. |
| Course Repetition: Credit will not be given for a course that is repeated within a compliance period. |
