New Hampshire State Requirements:

Continuing Education Hours:
24 Hours Biennially
Including 3 Hours of Ethics

LTC Producers ONLY Including Initial 8 Hours LTC, 4 Hours LTC every compliance

License Renewal Date:
License renewal date is the agent’s birth month.
Types of courses accepted for CE Credit:
Classroom Courses
Self-Study Courses
Online Courses
Instructors will receive the same amount of credits as the students
Final Exam:
Final exams are not required to be monitored
Course Subject Requirements:
Three (3) hours of ethics each compliance period.
Courses must be approved for lines of insurance for which agent is licensed. 
LONG TERM CARE REQUIREMENT:
Effective 3/15/2010, New Hampshire has implemented mandatory LTCI training effective upon the date a represented carrier introduces a partnership policy.
Carryover Requirements:
Credit hours cannot be carried over to the next compliance period.
Course Repetition:
Credit will not be given for a course that is repeated within a compliance period.
Exemptions:
Individuals with a limited or restricted license that the commissioner as declared exempt
Individuals holding limited lines licenses for which an exam is not required.
Non-residents (if they comply with their home state requirement).
