| Final Exam: The exam must be monitored by a disinterested third party (proctor). A disinterested third party is defined as someone with no business or family relationship to the student. An acceptable proctor is someone with no conflict of interest. Relative, spouses, and co-workers are not acceptable proctors. Acceptable proctors would include Human Resources Director or Manager, librarians, CPA’s, Attorney’s and other licensed individuals. General Monitor Affidavit Needed |
| Course Subject Requirements: Courses must be approved for lines of insurance for which license is held. Three (3) hours of ethics each compliance period. Two (2) hours of State Legislative Update or Federal Legislative Updates each compliance period Effective July 14, 2010 – OK established an Annuity Training Requirement for licensed producers. Producer’s licensed prior to July 14, 2010 with an active life line of authority and who sell, solicit or negotiate annuity products have until July 14, 2011 to complete the training requirement. |
| LONG TERM CARE REQUIREMENT: Partnership effective 7/14/08. NAIC training passed for 8 hours initially, 4 hours every 24 months thereafter. Compliance by 7/14/09 |
| Carryover Requirements: Up to 6 credit hours can be carried over to the next compliance period |
| Course Repetition: Credit will not be give for a course that is repeated in a compliance period. |
| Exemptions: Continuing Education requirement shall not apply to a non-resident adjuster licensed in this state if the adjuster:
